HR Administrator

We are looking to expand our committed and professional team with the addition of an HR Administrator. This is a brand-new role which will be an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking for the first step in their HR career, or somebody who already has strong organisational and administration skills.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Answering the telephone, taking messages, and directing client enquiries,
- Completing HR admin work as directed by our HR team,
- Monitoring the internal HR inbox,
- Typing up interview notes into a report to send to our clients,
- Uploading job roles onto job boards,
- Printing and preparing documents for interviews, meetings etc.,
- Managing the Breathe HR system (adding employees, uploading documents and details etc.),
- Completing any other administrative tasks as necessary.
**Abilities and Experience Required**:
- Experience in a customer-facing environment - able to answer the phone confidently,
- Proficient at using the Microsoft Office package,
- Strong general IT skills,
- Strong organisational skills,
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage workload.
This role can be part-time (at least 25 hours) or full-time. This role is office-based in Kenilworth - **hybrid or remote working will not be considered.**
The salary for this role is £19,000 per annum depending on experience, pro rata if part-time.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
