Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling wine and cheese and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organising products
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products and recommend additional items to enhance the customer's purchase
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Take orders and serve wine and cheese to the tables

**Experience**:

- Previous retail sales experience not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries over the phone

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £7.85-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
