Families journey through a **4.5-hour theatrical world** of storytelling, character interaction, and festive wonder, creating truly unforgettable memories.

**The Role: Retail Assistant**
As a Retail Assistant at Lapland UK, you'll play an important part in creating a magical shopping experience for our guests. Working in our beautifully themed retail outlets, you’ll help families find the perfect keepsake, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the store reflects the wonder of Lapland.

You will:

- Welcome and assist guests, offering product information and handling any queries
- Promote offers and upsell items to help achieve sales targets
- Accurately process transactions using POS systems, including handling cash and card payments
- Replenish shelves, rotate stock, and maintain attractive product displays
- Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and well-organised, including supporting with opening and closing procedures
- Work closely with your team and participate in daily briefings

- Strong communication and people skills with a warm, professional attitude
- Confident in providing outstanding customer service
- Detail-oriented and accurate with transactions and stock control
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

**Key Dates**
- **Paid training**: 24th Oct 25 - 12th Nov 25 (selected days)
- **Live event**: 13th Nov 25 - 24th Dec 25

**Pay & Benefits**
- **£12.25 per hour**, plus holiday pay

- Must be aged **18+** by October 2025
