Our Customer Service Specialists work 37.5 hours a week, between 7am-8pm, Monday-Sunday on a rota basis.

Your basic salary can also increase from **£18,583 - £19,032 per annum** after 6 months of successful probation.

Customer Service Specialists manage the day-to-day queries of our valued customers, drivers, and engineers, solving problems with a smile.

You’ll be exceptional in the moments that matter by finding solutions for our customers that show you care, take ownership, and pay attention. High-quality experience is what we’re all about.

**A Few Things About OurCustomer Service Specialist**:

- A strong communicator with listening skills including a friendly telephone manner. You really care about the customer and want to solve their problems quickly
- You will have a can-do attitude and are keen to leave the customer with a positive experience
- PC literate and know how to use Word, Excel and Outlook. Learning new systems is something you can do easily
- Experience within a contact centre is desirable but not essential as we will provide you with all the right training
