We have three core pillars to our work and how we create change.
- Design and delivery of structured mentoring programmes; both cross-company and internal
- Design and delivery of development programmes (inclusive leadership, women’s development, keynotes and masterclasses)
- Research and consultancy - partnering with organisations in how to effective long-standing systemic change.

- Responsible for impact-research reporting across our programmes (cross-company and internal)

- Longitudinal analysis of past cohorts and maintenance of templates and benchmarking databases
**About you**

An interest in the world of organisational research is key, with a willingness to build skills across different research domains (both qualitative and quantitative).

Experience with macros or other Microsoft automation approaches or experience with database management would also be advantageous.
