Our client is a fast-growing prestigious business looking to grow its marketing team by adding a Marketing & Communications Executive. This is a unique opportunity for someone starting out to learn a lot about a multi-faceted business within a dynamic marketingteam. The business has big plans for the future and a strong identity; we are looking for a team player who is willing to support the marketing team as a whole but work particularly closely on the brand's marketing and press activity.

The role:

- Support to shape and deliver overall marketing strategy.
- Compile monthly reports as well as post campaign and/or event reporting and analysis.
- Sample management and coordination.
- Media and Influencer monitoring.
- Assist with co-ordination of marketing calendar.
- Co-ordinate product loans for media and influencer requests.
- Support with product placement in the media and facilitate bigger feature placement stories with supplying the relevant assets.
- Support the Marketing & Communications Manager with press events/launches.
- Manage the generic marketing inbox and field queries as appropriate.
- Manage stock of promotional merchandise for retail and general marketing use.
- Server/asset management.
- Support with improving and managing the portal.
- Manage the brand's database of press and influencer contacts.
- Competitor analysis - research and collate examples of competitor activity.
- Support global offices and agencies with requests and assets.
- Print advertising support - raising PO's and work with the creative team to ensure artwork deadlines are met.
- Assist Marketing and Communications manager with external media appointments and tours of The Wing.
- Regularly sending influencers watches to photograph/review and creating weekly reports on this to share with the marketing team.
- Ad-hoc support to the wider marketing team

The person:

- Degree educated (or equivalent)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Good organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- A team player willing to get involved
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Deadline-driven & results focused
- Ability to develop and maintain effective, positive working relationships internally and externally
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and positive outlook
- Attention to Detail
