We enjoy the journey._ At Avalere Health, we imagine a healthier world and create the connections to make it happen. **What You'll Do**: - Checking & coding high volume of expenses in line with the company policy - Dealing with expense discrepancies and employee queries, in a timely, polite & professional manner - Approving & monitoring of employee expenses - Management of credit card submissions and reconciliations - Limit overdue expense claims and credit card submissions - Assist with the new process implementation - Preparation of reports - Be main point of contact for business in relation to expenses and to build up a good rapport with employees over their expenses and provide assistance and guidance with any expense queries that may arise - Adhoc Duties as required **About You**: - At least 6 months accounts experience - Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge where appropriate - Excellent attention to detail - Well organised with the ability to work under pressure - Highly numerate - A self-starter with a positive "can do" attitude and a down to earth approachable manner - Ability to work accurately in a busy, demanding environment, whist adhering to deadlines - Customer service skills an advantage. **What we can offer** Avalere Health aims to empower every employee to develop and thrive.
