**Person specification**
The Operations Administrator would be training biased to manage the enrolling of delegates on current department training courses, ensuring accuracy as per processes.
The aim of the Operations department is to ensure the efficient and satisfactory functionality of the building, IT, telecoms, mobiles, Stock take, ordering Stationery for the company to guarantee smooth running of the business here at Artic Building Services.
We are looking for a Operations Administrator to support with our Communication functions as well as the Maintenance and upkeep of our HO here in Dartford. The person will also be responsible for stock control, stationery, and ordering items for the company.
In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You should also be a reliable problem-solver and with strong project management skills.

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5
**Salary**: £26,000.00 - £28,000.00 (Depending on experience)
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Duration**: Permanent
**Job Duties**:
- _Stock take/Ordering_
- Raising and closing jobs
- Raising POs
- Stationary/amenities stock checks and orders
- Cleaning materials stock checks and orders
- ID badge supplies orders
- Labels and books orders
- Business cards orders
- IT
- Liaising with external IT consultants on all IT matters
- Carrying out troubleshooting for common IT issues
- Ordering IT hardware equipment for staff
- Raising tickets with IT consultants
- Setting up new PC’s + Laptops
- Patching in Data Lines
Other
- Assisting with ISO preparations
- Signing off Purchase Invoices
- Creating ID Badges
- Monthly Updates
- Exception report
- Prompt answering of all incoming telephone calls and the distribution of incoming and franking of outgoing mail
