Operations Support Administrator

Newly created role to join our busy Operations team based in Norwich - the role of Operations Support Administrator will be to be responsible for the day to day maintenance of field based IT Solutions for our Service Engineers, Field Managers and Installationteams -Typically the role will include;
- Scheduling meetings for operational issues
- Provide excellent customer services and mainting good relations with vendors
- Preparing and filing forms
- Maintaining and updating systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Provide ongoing administration support for the Operations team
- Either 22.5 hours or 30 hours per week to suit
You will need
- Experience of an administration role within a commercial environment
- Great communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Can work to deadlines
