**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely reporting in accordance with company procedures, achieve key business targets, internal KPI's and customer satisfaction
- Administrative activities including but not limited to invoicing, investigate purchasing enquiries and maintain accurate purchasing records
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Work closely with team members to support project needs and deliverables.

- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
