**Responsibilities**
- **The role**:
Our **Business Operations (BOS) Team** supports all aspects of our award-winning business, including **Crime**, **Private Client**, **Family** and **Conveyancing** departments. As an integral member of the BOS Team, you will be the **first point of contact**for potential clients, and you will provide an **outstanding customer experience**.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Being the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Dealing with inbound and outbound phone calls
- Booking appointments
- Providing accurate quotes
- Sorting of post/scanning/uploading to files
- Archiving of files
- Taking client payments
- Maintaining the reception area
- Any other general administrative duties that maybe required
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Uphold company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team and **contribute positively**to team targets.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Some previous knowledge in the legal profession would be advantageous but not
- essential as full training would be given.
