Online Specialist

We’re looking for someone to join the online team as an Online Specialist in the Operations Team at Hilmore House in Bradford, on a full-time permanent basis. This role will involve working your full time hours over 4 days a week. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the online team.
You’ll support the end to end flow of goods from our fulfilment centres engaging our stakeholders and partners to deliver an excellent service to our customers.

**In the role of online specialist you’ll be responsible for things like**:

- Supporting fulfilment operations to deliver a first class customer experience interacting with all our stakeholders across the end to end operation to ensure effective flow of goods.
- Work with stakeholders to define and validate inputs that drive our order plan and bring to life with our external partners to establish labour plans to pick and deliver to our customers.
- Within this role, tasks may include managing status updates, budget management, coordination of project plans, managing/mitigating risks and working with stakeholders from across our business including external providers.
- Use inquisitive analytical skills to identify opportunities and resolve problems driving continuous improvement in areas such as damage, packing, and refunds.
- Define and deliver process change that leads to smarter ways of working and drives improvement for our customers taking a lead in our operational and planning reviews with our fulfilment partners.
- Gather project data, track status and provide standardised management information to key decision making forums supporting our growth projects.
- Negotiate, influence and prioritise required activities with senior stakeholders to deliver business improvement
- About You

**You’ll need skills and experience like this to be a success**:

- Knowledge of online retail essential along with strong understanding of retail and logistics operations.
- Ability to take information from data platforms using simple sql/google big query techniques and use resolve problems, identify improvement and deliver change in a simple way.
- Have excellent attention to detail and being able to work in a standard project management framework are both essential.
- Having the ability to listen to our customers and act quickly upon feedback to support the flow of goods and services through our facilities to our customers including logistics, supply chain, suppliers, service delivery, contact centre.
- Having an understanding of project coordination tools, techniques and methodology is preferred.
- In addition, having experience of delivering new/different ways of working within a Retail environment is preferred but not essential

- *The four day working week comes with the requirement to work 13 Saturdays per year. These days are shorter (six hours in total) and are mainly used for team meetings, project planning and strategic work.
