Responsibilities / Position overview:
The Insights Team here at Lumanity have an opportunity for an Administrative Executive to join the UK based team, on a 30 hour (part-time) or 37.5 hour (full time), permanent contract. The Administrative Executive will provide comprehensive support to both the Business Operations and Project Management teams. This role contributes to the team by supporting the team in daily operations and efficient project execution.

The successful hire will:

- Support the onboarding of new joiners with system requirements.
- Coordinate activities to meet timesheet completion deadlines to support Finance in the preparation of monthly reporting
- Support in the setting up of qualitative research data platform for research teams.
- Support in setting up projects within project management platform.
- Maintain the project management and freelancer databases, ensuring compliance with required training and certification requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Maintain and organise filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.
- Provide ad-hoc support as required.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role supporting multiple teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in support multiple teams and competing deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
