We are seeking a dynamic and driven **Junior EA to join t**he EA & Board Coordinator in providing support to the board of directors for the UK and where required our Nordic cluster business.

Responsibilities include
- Coordinating internal stakeholders to ensure agreed business priorities and key communications are planned and delivered, supporting Internal Comms team.
- Completing administration, i.e. processing system change forms (change to terms and conditions forms, aligned to organisational change etc)
- To support Board Coordinator, between weekly executive board, chasing action owners for weekly updates.
- To support Board Coordinator, within Business Transformation projects led by executive board, by providing adhoc support.
- To support Board Coordinator, chase Risk Register mitigating actions as instructed.
- Assisting when instructed, with ISO or JSOX administration, in particular, during times or in preparation of accreditation/audit.
- BAU administration for internal and external stakeholders, as instructed.
- Undertake specific research for travel, events and hotel options, and make the appropriate booking including desk and meeting room bookings.
- Supporting administration/coordination of meetings and provision of documentation associated with the onboarding and induction process on behalf of executive board.
- Process expenses, where required, on behalf of the executive board.
- Provide administration/assistance to the Cluster North quarterly meetings, as required by the Board Coordinator.

Skills/requirements
- Working knowledge of undertaking administration tasks, including processing forms, researching options, tracking actions gained through work experience or training
- Practical experience of using the MS Office suite - Word, Excel, PPT & Teams.
