Kerridge’s Bar & Grill was the first London restaurant by Tom Kerridge and the Hand & Flowers team.

From Marlow we’ve brought much of our produce and inspiration to create wonderful dishes, and a relaxed and unstuffy eye for hospitality. All these have found a home in the extraordinary surroundings of Corinthia London.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Bartender is responsible for cocktail preparation, food and beverage service in bar area, beverage order for the bar and bar in complying with food and hygiene regulations. The ultimate goal of all our staff is to ensure that our guests enjoy their visit to Kerridge’s Bar and Grill’s so much that by the time they leave they are already planning to come back.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous job experience as bartender in rosette a high volume bar/lounge/restaurant preferably within a 5 star hotel environment
- Good food and beverage knowledge
- Good command of English language, spoken and written
- Good knowledge of Micros system and Open Table
- Guests focus with an outstanding personality
- Good sales person
- Hospitality qualification preferred but not essential
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends, nights and bank holidays
- Ability to work long hours
- To be able to work on your own and within a team
