ABOUT THE ROLE

The Waiter at Kerridge's Bar & Grill is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in line with the restaurant's high standards. This role mainly involves delivering food and beverages, cleaning tables and offering professional, friendly, and efficient service.

The Waiter will collaborate with the front-of-house team to create a seamless and enjoyable guest experience while adhering to all service standards.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role, preferably within a fine dining or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including the ability to take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
• A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Flexibility to work varied hours
• Takes pride in own professional grooming
• Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Pride and attention to detail in your work
