**Fund Controller**

**£75,000 - £85,000 + bonus**

**London**

Our client is a global Property Investment Manager, seeking a Fund Controller within their Finance Team to grow and maintain all financial aspects of the funds.

The Fund Controller will work alongside various teams within the business and be responsible for the financial accounting and reporting for a portfolio of property assets across the globe. The Fund Controller will also design and improve processes and managethird-party administrators and service providers.

**Responsibilities**
- Management of financial aspects, including production of financial statements, cash management of asset structures, construction draw process of equity and debt requests and annual audits
- Liaising with investors with regards to investor reporting, capital calls and distribution notices, and responding and tracking all investor queries quickly
- Analysing the performance of assets against budgets
- Working with the Deals Team across acquisitions and disposals of all transactions
- Producing annual audits and oversight of tax aspects, including filings and corporate tax
- Managing draw process, such as preparation of both equity and debt requests, and all accounting, including regulatory reporting under IFRS
- Maintain relationships external parties, including tax advisors, service providers and third-party administrators

**Key Requirements**
- ACA/ICAEW/ICAS/CA qualified
- Post-qualified experience within the Property Industry, preferably within an asset manager or Real Estate Developer
- Strong understand of IFRS, GAAP standards, and tax structures
- Solid technical skills, especially Excel
- Yardi experience is preferable but not essential
- Good management skills of both internal and external teams
