**Job title: Corporate AML Specialist (12 month fixed term contract)**
**Location: Douglas, Isle of Man**
**The opportunity**:
To join the Corporate Savings team as a Corporate AML Specialist, responsible for the ongoing management and review of corporate pension plans together with developing and implementing anti-money laundering (AML) and Automatic Exchange of Information (AEI) procedures.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Perform ongoing (periodic and trigger event) AML reviews for Corporate Savings (CS) plan entities.
- Maintain records and produce management reports with respect to the performance plan AML reviews and AML status of corporate savings plan entities.
- To support the on boarding of new corporate risk business by checking and verifying corporate structures and supporting documentation.
- Work with the Governance & Oversight (G&O) and Compliance teams to develop CS plan AML framework and procedures to meet changes in the operational and regulatory environment.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CS Operations in relation to plan AML requirements.
- Work with CS Operations colleagues in relation to the development and maintenance of operating processes and procedures, with particular emphasis on plan AML requirements.
- Work with the G&O and Compliance teams to develop CS procedures in relation to the collection, recording and reporting of CS tax reporting information.
- Work with the G&O and Compliance teams to review CS tax reporting information and ensure accurate AEI reporting.
**Your skills and experience**
- 3 or more years experience of working in the financial services industry - Working with corporate/trustee customers preferred but not essential.
- In depth understanding of corporate entities and ownership arrangements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Highly motivated, takes personal responsibility for own performance and behaviour and responds positively to high performance expectations.
- Strong time management skills. Demonstrates initiative, takes responsibility for tasks, follows through on personal commitments to internal and external customers.
- Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles demonstrating a focus on customer outcomes.
