The role

An exciting new opportunity has opened up in the Brand and Communications team for an enthusiastic House Style Coordinator to support the Brand Manager with the smooth running of the department, providing first-line support to the business with house style and branding queries and support. Responsibilities will include managing the image library, ensuring it is kept up to date, maintaining our digital asset management system (Canto) and looking for opportunities to develop and grow usage of the platform. In addition, you will assist with ad-hoc design and template requests in Canva and be tasked with developing best practices for key brand related systems and software.

Who we’re looking for:

- Degree or equivalent in Communications/Marketing or Business.
- Previous experience within Brand, Communications or Marketing.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- You are highly organised and task orientated.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Focused on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Process orientated and committed to improving processes.
