Concierge

**Job Title**: Concierge 2 Nights per week (Friday & Saturday).

**Location**: Tower Point, Sydney Road, EN2 6SZ

**Job Summary**: The Concierge is responsible for carrying out the daily duties and responsibilities that ensure the day to day smooth running of the building and to act as the liaison person between Comer Property Management (CPML) and lessees, residents, visitors and contractors to the building.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Concierge Services**:

- Maintain the foyer/reception area to a high standard.
- Liaise with Royal Mail and other parcel delivery services.
- Liaise with and sign-in and out all visitors and contractors.
- Maintain a logbook of maintenance services.
- Fill in red books which include block checks and Fire Risk Assessments as well as a patrol check if working the night shift.
- Liaise with residents and lessees regarding building issues and forward any information to CPML.
- Maintain neat and tidy presentation at all times and remain clearly identified as Concierge and CPML staff member.

**Security Monitoring**:

- Maintain CCTV video surveillance and secure all video media.
- Regularly patrol internal and external communal areas car parks together with external building boundary.

**Health and Safety Monitoring**:

- Ensure the safety of residents, visitors and contractors whilst inside and outside the building.
- Maintain health and safety requirements for both internal and external areas.
- Maintain a record of any accidents, injuries or illness and make a verbal report to CPML.

**Cleaning and Maintenance Provision**:

- Supervise and where necessary maintain the cleanliness of internal and external communal areas.
- Monitor and report breakdowns, faults and defective equipment to CPML or relevant contractors.

**General Duties**:

- Any other duties as identified by CPML.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £14.00-£14.01 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
