Managing people, financial performance, store standards, customer service. The Skills To be successful in this role, joining as a Deputy Manager you’ll need the following skills and experience: A passion for pets and people Delighting your customers by ensuring an unrivalled shopping experience. Previous retail management experience, where you have deputized for the Store Manager and taken a hands-on approach to managing the business on a daily basis. A team player, able to communicate effectively and build high performing and highly engaged teams. Demonstrate a proven track record in developing business performance and exceeding KPIs, whilst also delivering the highest levels of store standards including health & safety and legal compliance. You should be commercially aware and have a proactive approach with great planning and organisation skills. Full time, permanent position - 40 hours per week working 5 days out of 7.
