You can stay steady in the challenge and inspire others to do the same.**Essential skills:*** Level 3 Children & Young People qualification (or equivalent)* At least 1 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting* Full UK manual driving licence* Ability to be flexible with working days/hours to meet the needs of the home**Desirable skills (we can support you to achieve these):*** Leadership experience in a residential childcare setting* Level 4/5 Leadership & Management qualification* Understanding of trauma-informed practice and PACE**Safeguarding Commitment:**Safety is at the heart of everything we do.
