Due to recent growth, we have an opportunity for a full time Office Administrator to join the team at our established and successful cleaning and maintenance company, situated in Wolverhampton near the New Cross Hospital area.
Full time role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch break. This is a key holder position, opening and locking the building may be required on occasion.
As an Office Administrator, you must have an excellent telephone manner, along with good written and verbal communication skills. A proficient working knowledge of Word and Excel is essential. Customer service skills, problem solving and the initiative to prioritise workload is advantageous.
Administrative duties to include:
- answering phone and dealing with queries
- scheduling
- to assist in assuring our sites are fully staffed
- processing holiday requests
- updating wages to reflect absence/overtime
- filing
- data entry
- keeping detailed client and cleaner records
- processing orders
- ensuring one-off work is logged
**Salary**: £9.70 per hour
