Due to business growth, we are looking to recruit an additional Administration Officer to work within the employment compliance team on a permanent basis. The role will play a vital part in the administration and smooth running of the business going forward.

This is an exciting time to join the business and the EC team.

This role would suit a proactive individual with outstanding communication skills. It provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career in employment compliance and recruitment.

**The successful applicant must**:

- Have strong administration skills
- Can work accurately with high attention to detail
- Can work under pressure and meet the demands of the department
- Be proficient in data entry
- Be able to prioritise and organise your workload
- Have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work effectively with team members and on their own
- Be self-motivated and passionate about the care sector

**Some Responsibilities may include**:

- Shortlisting CV's and booking interviews
- Conducting online interviews for applicants both in and outside the UK
- Attending job fairs, careers days etc.
- Data input of confidential information
- Sending training links and updating training skills
- General office and administration
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries from both branch staff and applicants

Salary dependent upon age and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£19,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
