**Job Description - Project Coordinator**

Ø Salary: £11 per/hr

Ø Reporting directly to Care Manager

Ø Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5:30 pm (1 Hour lunch break).

**Qualifications/ Experience**:
Excellent written and verbal communication

Must have car and be willing to travel.

Excellent customer service

Interpersonal skills Intermediate IT skills

Organisational skills

Time management

Minimum 1 year admin / office experience.

Strong organisational and communications skills are critical, as the post-holder will liaising between senior managers, company officials and care home residents.

Proficient and confident when dealing with healthcare professionals.

**DUTIES**

Checking on properties and getting them ready to move into, ensuring the building compliances and building certificates have been done.

Communicating with staff and management ensuring they are fully briefed for meetings, anticipating requirements and pro-actively organizing relevant paperwork, and when necessary, attend and minute meetings.

Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to a high standard of accuracy and timeliness in order to maximize effectiveness, productivity and outputs.

To effectively provide communication with healthcare professionals and local authorities

To support residents in dealing with queries and administrative tasks in relation to needs.

To provide the Support Services Manager with administrative support in dealing with queries and administrative tasks in relation to support needs.

Work with the designated personnel to understand key aims and objectives of the business in order to provide full support and, where appropriate, assume personal responsibility for tasks that do not require senior management input.

Complete projects to tight deadlines.

Forward planning workload

Undertake specific project management where appropriate.

To always work within company policies and procedures and undertake any other tasks consistent with the objectives of this post, and commensurate with the grade.
