Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housing Officer to join our team. As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for managing housing operations and ensuring a positive experience for our residents. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of housing facilities
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes for residents
- Conduct inspections of housing units to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Address resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of resident information, payments, and lease agreements
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Utilise phone etiquette when communicating with residents and other stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or amenities to residents -Collect service charge from service users
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent administrative abilities, including organising and prioritising tasks
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week
