**About the Role**
You'll enjoy a varied role: In one call, you may be guiding a customer through purchasing via our online system, in another, you may be trouble shooting issues. You will ask questions to find the best solution for a customer along with up-selling or cross-selling if appropriate.
Our customers’ thoughts and suggestions are important to us and so you'll be responsible for handling their feedback, investigating complaints and suggesting and implementing improvements to drive excellence within the department and wider organisation.
Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise is key for success in this role. You will be expected to juggle customer enquiries, your own development and personal objectives with any wider business projects, representing the voice of the customer and the interests of the department across the business.
**About You**
You'll follow through on promised actions. Even if you don’t have the expertise to help, you make sure that you find someone who can, not stopping until you know that the person you are assisting is delighted.
You'll show the drive and tenacity to deliver excellence to our customers, working with colleagues to break down barriers and overcome challenges.
You'll talk about solutions rather than problems, understanding what we are trying to achieve as a team, department and organisation and go out of your way to deliver. Nothing is too much effort.
You are great at creating authentic relationships. **You care.**
**Desirable skills and experience**
- Experience working in a customer service role.
- Great inter-personal skills.
- Proven drive to exceed targets whilst maintaining a high level of quality.
- Quick learner.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems with ease.
- Intermediate MS Office.
