Our Client a Tech based financial Service organisation with a range of products and service that are transforming the Consumer Market Sector. Due to continued growth and business development we are looking for a Complaints Handler to join the team.
We are looking for a Complaints Handler / Customer Service Advisor:
As a Complaints Handler / Complaints Advisor you will be:
Job Responsibilities:
- Dealing with Financial Service related Complaint cases
- Conduct end to end complaint investigations
- Handle complaint calls when they are presented to the team
- B2B / B2C inbound -outbound calling
- Undertake general admin
Preferred Skills: Customer Service Advisor
- Previously worked in Customer Service
- complains or Team Leader
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PC literate
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Analytically minded

Salary, Hours and Benefits: Customer Service Advisor
- £23,000pa
- £25,000pa +Bens package
- Monday-Friday 09:00 to 17:30 or 08:00 to 16:30
- 37.5 hours per week
- Flex working options
- 3 days in office
- 2 days at home.
