**Service Delivery Administrator**
An exciting opportunity as arisen for an experienced administrator to support in the delivery of all aspects of day-to-day customer requirements.
- **Location**:Finchampstead - Office based
- **Job Type**:Permanent position
- **Working Hours**:You will be working Saturday and Sunday (either from home or the office), and 3 days during the week. This will be 9am-5:30pm.
- **Salary**:£20,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)
**As the Service Delivery Administrator, you will be responsible for**:
- Assist in answering incoming calls to the office phone number during working hours.
- Receive and respond to incoming requests and opportunities from customers
- Liaise with all required parties, both internal and external, to ensure successful and timely delivery of customer requests.
- Project management/co-ordination duties as required.
- Scheduling engineers
- Ensuring all documentation is sent to engineers as required
- Requesting purchase orders from customers for all works requested
- Providing written quotations
- Ensuring all materials are ordered for work booked in
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team when required
