Facilities Hard Service Administrator

Catch 22 are working with a Health Service provider who are currently looking for a permanent **Facilities Hard Services Administrator**in Essex - Bishops Stortford, reporting directly to the Senior Electrical Engineer.
**Main responsibilities of the Facilities Hard Services Administrator**:
- Maintain and update sub-contractor folders, both hard copy and electronically
- Updating and making changes to the electronic system used to managed reactive and schedule planned maintenance
- Maintain and updating compliance records
- Arranging sub-contract review meetings
- Arranging sub-contractor schedule visits
- Ordering supplies
- General administration duties, including document creation, printing, filing, and scanning.
- Assist other departments with ad-hoc duties, as and when required
**Key Skills of the Facilities Hard Services Administrator**:
- Previous experience in an admin role or similar (experience in a maintenance environment would be an advantage)
- Team player
- Understanding of word and excel
- Work well under pressure, with a 'can do' approach
- Driven, motivated and passionate
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
**Hours & Salary of the Facilities Hard Services Administrator**:
- Salary offered between £23- £25K per annum depending on experience
- Monday to Friday
- 08.00 - 17.00 - some overtime may be required particularly during auditing periods, some evenings or weekends as when required.
- Laptop and mobile will be provided
- 28 days annual leaveincluding bank holidays.
