**Please see below skills and experience required**:
- Responsible for the recruitment & administration across all companies within the Proximo Group.
- Direct point of contact for all queries in respect of recruitment & talent acquisition.
- You will be responsible for on-boarding colleague office data onto the HR bespoke system; maintaining and updating personnel colleague files both electronically and manually in line with GDPR.
- You will be responsible for on boarding & off-boarding colleagues; issuing relevant documentation.
- Maintain and update absence records on a daily basis, keeping Line Managers updated and conducting colleague back to work interviews.
- Helping to develop all areas of HR from recruitment, absence management, facilities, reward & recognition and more.
