ROLE SUMMARY
We have an exciting new vacancy for a talented HR Systems Administrator to join our supportive UK HR team.
The role of HR Systems Administrator is to support the HR & Support Services function by delivering a range of administrative and support activities at all stages of the employee life cycle effectively and efficiently.
Administering a range of systems in support of key areas of the HR & Support Services team from recruitment and onboarding to training, competence management and key HR processes such as attendance and performance management.
Producing appropriate reports from relevant systems for the purpose of auditing and monitoring employee data and KPIs.
This is a multi-faceted role enabling and facilitating key processes, supporting various systems and delivering a key service to a range of internal stakeholders.
SALARY RANGE
The annual salary range for this role is between £25,000 and £30,000, depending upon experience. Please see our excellent employee benefits listed below.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the HR & Support Services team by providing critical administrative support activities to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of key processes across the department.
- Deliver against an agreed set of objectives and KPIs aligned to the HR department’s strategy and objectives.
- Provide excellent administrative support across the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment & onboarding, attendance management, performance management and processing resignations, maintaining and updating the relevant HR systems.
- Maintain personnel files and act as HR system administrator (across a range of systems being responsible for keeping systems up to date and controlling user access).
- Produce and provide appropriate reports from relevant systems for the purpose of auditing and monitoring employee data and KPIs.
- Facilitate the various training and competence management systems in support of the training team throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding / induction through to competence management and maintaining accurate training records.
- Other administrative duties such as minute taking in meetings, responding to reference requests and providing confirmation of employment letters.
- Support the HR & Support services team with projects and ad-hoc activities as required ensuring objectives and deadlines are met.
ACADEMIC &/OR PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- GCSE or equivalent in English (Level 5 or above) is essential and in Maths (Level 5 or above) is desirable.
- A qualification in Administration or Human Resources is desirable
- A CIPD qualification is desirable or relevant HR administration experience
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience of learning and working with a variety of HR / People management systems
- Experience of working in a multi-faceted and fast paced role supporting a range of internal stakeholders and meeting deadlines on a regular basis
- Experience in HR administration and an understanding of HR processes throughout the full employee lifecycle, including supporting the administration of training programmes
- Proven track record of designing and delivering reports for use across different departments or areas of a business
- A strong working knowledge of a range of IT systems including MS Office (strong in Excel) and Reporting tools and methodologies
- Experience of working in a multi-national business is desirable
**PERSONAL SKILLS**:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse appropriately with all stakeholders and diverse audiences
- Experience in organising and delivering a complex workload, prioritising and managing rapidly changing demands and priorities whilst showing positive behaviours that reflect the corporate values and culture.
- The ability to work well within a team and to support multiple people within that team whilst delivering to a wide range of internal and potentially external stakeholders.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, demonstrating clear attention to detail
- Results focused individual who can work under pressure, respond quickly and decisively to changing circumstances and to a tight timetable.
- Language: English. A knowledge of Spanish would be beneficial but not essential
