We have an exciting opportunity for a **HR Administrator** to join our growing team in **Chester**. We are looking for customer focussed people who are natural listeners and demonstrate strong empathetic skills when dealing with our customers and take ownership of their calls to deliver an outstanding customer service and meet our customers’ needs through identifying a solution and provision of a suitable replacement hire vehicle.

- Maintaining and updating personnel colleague files on PeopleHR in line with GDPR.
- On boarding & off-boarding colleagues; issuing relevant documentation.
- Maintain and update absence records on a daily basis, keeping Line Managers updated and conducting colleague back to work interviews.
- Completion of general HR administration/filing for HR & recruitment.
- Following up colleague employment references and tracking them.
- Responsible for conducting personnel file audits; employee references; DVLA Checks and DBS Checks.
- Responsible for updating the colleague service reward spreadsheet and liaising with the Line Managers to issue the service reward to the colleagues.
- Assist the Head of HR & Customer Experience to ensure Health & Safety Compliance for the company.
- Other tasks as deemed appropriate as and when required in relation to the operation of the business.
- Advertise job adverts on various job boards
- Conduct telephone interviews and arrange Face to face/virtual interviews.
- On a daily/weekly basis provide recruitment updates to the HR Generalist
