**The Role**

As a **Customer Care Executive**, you will be a key part of our customer service team, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Calling customers** to check they are happy with their policies.
- **Ensuring clients receive all necessary documents** and assisting with form completion.
- **Updating internal databases and records** accurately.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **A strong communicator with a customer-first approach, able to provide a professional and supportive experience.**:

- **Previous experience** in customer relationship management (preferred but not essential).
- **Organised and detail-oriented** with good administrative skills.

**Strictly no recruiters.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,300.00-£25,000.00 per year
