**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service across multiple brands.
- Resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
- Process returns and investigate missing parcel requests.
- Respond to Trustpilot accounts.
- Adapt to flexible working hours and days as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer care or similar role.
- Ability to juggle responsibilities for more than one brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with flexible hours and days, including weekends if needed.
- Proficient with customer service software and tools.
