**Theatre Admin Assistant | Theatres | Reading | Full Time | Permanent**

Spire Dunedin Hospital are **looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Theatre Admin Assistant to join them on a full time basis. You will be a team player who enjoys working in a busy environment. You will organised and proactive. You must have strong computer skills.**

Spire Dunedin Hospital, has been serving the Reading community for over 100 years, as a first-class medical facility. Based in the heart of Reading, the hospital has two theatres, three recovery bays and an endoscopy suite

**Duties and responsibilities**
- General administration duties within the department including printing labels and sending files as and when is needed
- Liaise with medical secretaries as and when is needed
- Use of Sap to input Patients Data, ensure patients data is protected at all times
- Gather files order supplies as and when is needed
- Use your Judgement and prioritise your workload
- Improve quality
- work with the rest of the hospital team to ensure the patients get the best journey
- Support and enable equality, diversity and rights
- Take responsibility for the stock take
- Order stock as is needed
