**We are looking to grow and expand our insurance side of the business - Westberry Finance. We are looking for a Head of Business Development to focus on the establishment of the business, to become a leading provider of Life Insurance products intothe consumer market. This role will sit at senior management level within our Group of Companies, and you will be ultimately responsible for growing and developing the Westberry business and launching our services to new and existing clients of the Group.**
Utilising provider relationships and our database of thousands of existing customers, you will work with the Directors of the Group to scale up the business, implementing a robust growth and brand development strategy and building a strong sales plan toensure that the business grows in line with expectations.
As Head of Business Development, you will effectively manage the business from the ground up - whilst we already have a panel in place, it will be your role to analyse, research and establish who the right providers are for our customers. By building a strongaffiliate network, you will identify and research the market/competitor activity to ensure that we are always offering the best service, ensuring that commercial agreements are in place that always ensure profitability.
In return for your experience, we are looking to pay £40-60k, Basic + Bonus + Package + Profit share.
Operating within FCA guidelines and procedures, you will have a detailed knowledge of developing and managing a consumer led Insurance Broker, ideally within Life insurance. You will ideally hold the CIFA accreditation.
You will have experience of implementing a channel-based sales process and managing multi-skills teams in their day-to-day activities and be looking to join a fast growing and dynamic business with huge ambitions for continuous growth.
