We are looking for a process driven, passionate leaders If you are an experienced Head of Business Development in a Retail / Hospitality environment and you are looking for your next step, in which you will be able demonstrate your commercial and strategicflair, alongside your coaching and development skills, read on
You will need to have SME expeirence as a Head of Business Development and ideally have worked in a family owned business.
Our client is a family-owned business that prides themselves in building long term mutually-respectful partnerships which continue to grow sustainable businesses for the benefit of all partners The business is currently in a phase of growth and are lookingfor a Head of Busienss Development Manager to work closely with the Managing Director, Commercial Finance and Operations on the development and roll out of ongoing Growth, Strategy and Development plans.
Alongside the motivation, coaching and development of the Sales Team (from scratch) you will lead the tendering process and negotiation for new business space.
This is a field based role with mínimal presence at head office. Your presence in stores will allow you to lead from the front and lead by example when face to face with customers and potential Clients
Understanding shop floor management and impacting the customer journey positively is the key to ever increasing sales growth.
Sales and standards and are at the heart of this role and your ability to keep the team focused on both will be the key to your success.
You will understand retail first and foremost and your career to date will have been in predominately sales and service driven environments.
This role is being managed by AdMore Recruitment limited, a leading specialist to the Retail, Hospitality and Consumer sectors providing support to our clients across the UK.
