**The Position**

We are looking for an on-site supervisor to help manage and train our agency workers on site at our clients busy warehouse in Coleshill. You will work in a team responsible for deploying staff to the required area and will then spend your time assistingwith the daily operation.

**Working Hours**
- **2PM - 10PM 5 out of 7 ( Sunday - Saturday).**

**Responsibilities**
- Signing in and deploying staff to required area at shift start
- Updating training records
- Supporting line managers to ensure best efficiency's
- Updating various reports

- Comfortable managing large groups of people
