Transport Supervisor – Nights
£32,947.76 per annum

  • Sunday–Thursday | Nights, 10pm–6am

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Transport Manager, you will ensure night running is safe, compliant and efficient. Key responsibilities include:
  • Allocating drivers and monitoring daily activity
  • Managing driver wages, holidays and infringements
  • Ensuring accurate and complete driver paperwork
  • Booking agency staff, tracking spend and maintaining records
  • Training drivers on electronic pads and systems
  • Managing vehicle MOTs, inspections and defect reporting
  • Handling RTA/Near Miss reporting and site fuel orders
  • Maintaining driver hours and compliance records in Excel
  • Working with other sites to deliver a seamless service to customers
About You
  • Previous experience in Transport Supervision
  • Strong understanding of drivers' hours and legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Confident with IT systems – Excel, Word and Outlook are essential
  • Transport Management System knowledge helpful (training available)
  • A proactive, organised and team-focused attitude
