**HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)**

We are looking for a HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to working in a school in Staines. This is a very small setting of up to 30 students where you will be working alongside the teachers and other teaching assistants to support young adults in theirattainment and progress. Having the ability to lead a class with experience is a bonus for this role. You will need to support these learners to secure emplyability and develop skills to grow and progress, be adaptable accordingly to the needs of the individualchildren, and make observations and carry out sessions instructed by the teacher to improve progress.

Key skills and experience needed as **HLTA**:

- Ideal to have completed HLTA or relevant further qualifications
- Experience working with children of SEN/Mental Health
- Contribute an enthusiastic and creative approach to learning.
- Resilint approach and ability to promote positive life choices
- Support with the delivery of the curriculum.
- High levels of professionalism.
