Here at Lifeways in Tipton we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience in a Care / Support Work, however, if you are new to the role and have a passion for helping others to lead their most independent lives then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.

This service is in a residential street in Tipton, close to local shops, pubs and takeaways. Theres a local library and plenty to see and do in the local area The Black Country Living Museum is right on the doorstop and Dudley, home to Dudley Castle and Zoo, is less than 2 miles away. Transport links are excellent the bus stop is metres from the service and from there you can get to Dudley, Birmingham and Wolverhampton. Tipton train station is less than a mile away, with connections to Birmingham New Street, Wolverhampton and beyond. For people who like to stay active, theres a local leisure centre and a choice of gyms, plus some amazing outdoor spaces to explore Victoria Park and Wrensnest Nature Reserve are both within walking distance.

This service is a 18 bed apartment for people with learning and physical disabilities, people with brain injuries or autism.
