A residential service in Enfield that works semi-therapeutic, emotional well-being, advocacy is searching for a Residential childcare worker - no sleepins to join on a permanent or locum contract. This role is exclusively working during the day and doesnot involve sleep-ins or waking night shifts.The residential service is owned by a large charity that is well-known for supporting children and vulnerable young people with a variety of services across the country. The home in Enfield is a solo-placement fora young girl that needs love, care and support from experienced and passionate social care support workers.The young girl is considered high-risk and is struggling to regulate her emotions and behaviour due to an unfortunate past. The charity wants to findResidential childcare worker - no sleepins that are resilient and motivated to stay for a long time and support her through journey of independence. The young person needs people that can commit and be there for her until the happy ending, otherwise she willfeel let down.Benefits:* Permanent contract or long-term locum contract* In-house built training academy -access to specialist training, easy career progression* Shifts are only day-time, no sleep-ins or waking night is involved* Large charity with very goodreputationShift pattern is 7.15am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm.
