**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation and baking of various pies, including handling raw meat (including pork).
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed meticulously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and bakery areas.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Helping with deliveries to stockists and home deliveries when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bakery environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations or willingness to obtain health and safety training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the bakery's operational needs.
- Availability to cover staff holidays which would night work and full time hours (Essential).
- Ideally have a full and valid driving license, and be 30 or over for insurance purposes. (Van provided).
