We own and operate more than 200 recycling, treatment and disposal facilities and employ nearly 2,400 people across the UK.
We are now looking for a Contract Supervisor to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**
As aContract Supervisor, you will oversee the safe and efficient operation of all facilities involved in the delivery of our Luton contract, ensuring adherence to Health and Safety and legislative requirements.
Managing day-to-day operations, you’ll create staff rotas, monitor absences and organise cover, induct new employees and ensure that accidents and near misses are recorded and investigated.
You will co-ordinate all transport requirements at each site, ensuring the necessary equipment is available, operational and properly maintained.
Additionally, across our Luton sites, you will promote the need to maximise recycling to customers and encourage excellent customer service practices for all staff.
**About You**
To be considered as aContract Supervisor, you will need:

- Experience of working in the industry, particularly HWRC’s Transfer Stations and MRF
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- A full, valid driving licence
