**Job Title: Cover Supervisor**

**Location**: Luton

**Job Type**: Full-time, Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £90 - £100 per day

**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and managing classes in the absence of regular classroom teachers.
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring that learning objectives are met.
- Maintaining a positive learning environment and managing student behaviour effectively.
- Providing support and guidance to students as needed.
- Liaising with teaching staff and senior leadership to ensure the smooth running of the school day.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, some classroom experience, either through teaching placements, tutoring, or voluntary work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for education and working with young people.
