Summary We're looking for a new Project Manager to lead our nature ambition for Shropshire. Across our properties in the county, we're working collaboratively to create an improved landscape for wildlife and people by halting and reversing nature loss. Through ourShropshire Strategy we're looking to identify a range of land management opportunities that make a difference for nature and our local communities. We aim to do this by delivering nature-based solutions on our own land and working in close partnership withothers to provide greater benefits to the wider area.

This new post comes at an exciting time as we start to build and achieve our Land and Nature project program focused on the Attingham and Dudmaston Estates. You'll combine delivery of some projects on the ground along with developing partnership opportunitiesalong the River Severn.

This is a multi-functional role which pulls on several specialisms and areas of expertise as we set out on a strategy-leading estate wide transformational project. If you think this role may be right for you but want to explore the skills balance further, then please do contact the recruiting manager Chris Soans.uk

Salary £42,600 - £45,000 depending on experience, skills and fit for the role.

What you'll be doing You'll progress a range of projects across the NT portfolio in Shropshire, individual plans are at different stages so a main focus will be to develop current concepts into deliverable projects. Top priorities will be to work with the Environment Agencyto develop the River Severn Partnership and establish a demonstrator project focused on flood management at Attingham, develop plans for increases in woodland cover on NT properties, restoration of historic pools at Dudmaston to improve habitats and waterquality and a range of other exciting habitat restoration opportunities.
