A high growth engineering company that provides services all over the UK is currently looking for a project manager. In this role you will oversee and support a variety of projects from start to finish. This position has arisen due to company growth andwanting to strengthen their team that confidently tackles complex and challenging projects.

**What you’ll be doing**
- As the project manager you will need to deliver the projects in a timely manner, keep within budget by organising your team and resources.
- You'll need to manage a team, set deadlines, and delegate tasks to the project team, identifying any potential risks.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the projects are in line with the plan and completed on time, reporting to Head of Projects.
- You’ll be working with innovative products, prioritising quality, safety and productivity that reduce costs and labour.

**What you’ll need**
- We’re keen to talk to anyone who has experience in construction, civils or project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and senior management.
- The ability to motivate and lead your team.
