Then this role is for youYour Role as a Project ManagerAs a Project Manager, you act as the bridge between the customer and the team, translating client needs into clear, practical goals. You coach and motivate a diverse project team, guiding them toward shared objectives in an agile, collaborative way. At Youwe, you serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth progress from start to finish.You will monitor project timelines, plan and prioritize key activities, and keep stakeholders aligned through effective communication and reporting. You build strong customer relationships, manage budgets responsibly, and ensure that the final delivery exceeds expectations.Who You AreA proactive communicator who confidently reaches out and keeps stakeholders aligned.An experienced professional with a background as a project manager, e-commerce manager, delivery manager, or product owner within a digital agency.Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and switching seamlessly between different disciplines and stakeholders.Driven by challenges and motivated by creating growth opportunities for clients.A feedback-oriented individual who is always looking to improve processes and elevate the status quo.A team player and go-getter who can effectively balance the interests of both Youwe and the customer.Comfortable working in an international environment alongside colleagues from more than 25 nationalities.What You HaveA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.At least 3 years of experience as a project manager (or similar role) in a digital agency, or as a product manager for an e-commerce product.A tech-savvy mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.We are YouweWorking with the world’s leading technology partners, we are the digital agency for ambitious businesses looking to accelerate growth.
