Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for temporary Health and Wellbeing Administrators on a 6 month temporary agency contract. This role will be based in the Kirklees area.

**Hours**
37.5 hours per week
These hours will be expected to be worked between 8am - 8pm (Monday - Friday) and up to 1pm on a Saturday.

**Rate**
PAYE Rate - £10.28
Limited Rate - £12.50 paid weekly via an umbrella company.

**Statement of Job Purpose**
The post holder will work within the Community Nursing Network (South (CNN), providing administration support to the whole Community Nursing Network Teams (CNN Teams).

**Job Summary**
Daily you will be the point of contact for the Community Nursing Networks (CNN), you will receive clinical tasks from the Single Point of Contact Centre and allocate the most appropriate person to manage the task. You will also support a smooth running of the team by providing administration support, ordering of stock and equipment and support the data quality on all systems.

**Main Duties**
To undergo an administrative service to the nursing teams. This will include being the first point of contact for the team, which could involve duties such as:

- ** To undertake admin duties associated with the Community Nursing Network (CNN)**:

- ** To be the point of contact daily for the CNN.**t**:

- ** Provide comprehensive phone coverage, screening calls and task through SystmOne, assisting with queries, schedule home visits, and taking detailed messages.**:

- ** Take minutes of team meetings/ safety huddles and document attendance at both.**:

- ** Order total purchasing stock using E-proc**:

- ** Manage personal protective equipment stock and other additional supplies as required.**:

- ** Manage the use of equipment**:

- ** Liaise with medical physics and maintain the equipment inventory and arrange servicing/ repairs etc as required**:

- ** Manage the supply of information leaflets ordering stock as required.**:

- ** Book rooms for meetings**:

- ** Undertake administration tasks as directed by CNN team leader.**
